By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following:

General
- please communicate nicely
- you are commissioning an art piece in an anime-ish style
- all commission types are fully shaded and have a simple background
- all types (except emotes) come in at least 2000×2000 px, 300 dpi.
- please provide a clear reference (preferably digitally), not a description of what your character looks like
- do not use my commission for commercial use
- do not use my commission as a NFT
- the progress of your commission can be found in my trello

Payment
- Commission must be paid in full beforehand
- PayPal only
- all prices are in Euro €
- I do not accept cryptocurrency

Progress
- you receive multiple WIPs (Work in Progress) (sketch, line art, flat colouring, shaded), where I’m going to ask you for possible changes, after approving I’ll move on with your commission

- please note that revisions can only be requested during the sketch phase. Once the lineart process begins, only minor adjustments are possible.
- You can message me at any time if you have questions
(Time zone: CET, Central European Time; UTC/GMT +2 hours)
- I will most likely work on your commission on weekends
- I will try to inform you if I have no time at all to finish your commission

Finished Product
- you will receive the full-resolution drawing as a PNG via E-Mail, discord or stash
- if you want to post the finished commission, please credit me!
- I will post the finished commission online unless you specifically ask me not to
- if not agreed otherwise I'm allowed to use the finished commission (you will be credited) f.e. in commission information

Cancelling / Refunding Policy
- I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time
- refunds are not generally available, unless no work has been started
